WHAT WE DO

Design & Manufacture of Innovative and Customized Industrial Equipment
for Steel Industries.

We develop and design for you innovative equipment solutions according to your requirements.

We convert ideas into robust industrial machines.

We offer integrated services to shorten your time to production and resolve realization problems before they can arise.

HOW WE WORK

“FROM IDEA TO REALITY”

IDEA

This is the starting point of every single project. We listen to our customers' ideas and validate the project together. We work on the basis of adding value to our customers' requirements.

PLANNING

Once the idea has taken on form, our engineers verify the feasibility through calculus, models and drawings generating the corresponding project description and reports.

SIMULATION

Before starting machine construction, we simulate the performance and its efficiency in order to ensure that the new equipment will work as required.

MACHINE CONSTRUCTION

The manufacturing process is coordinated and carried out by our qualified and experienced team of mechanics and engineers.

SETTING UP

To complete the value chain, we take care of installation and commissioning at customer site.

HAPPY CLIENT

Customer satisfaction is the maxim we act on!

R&D&I PROJECTS

INNOMAQ21 is member of the consortium of the project NewAIMS
New approach to additive manufacturing of microstructurally optimized steels

The main objective of NewAIMS is to research, study and demonstrate strategies to obtain cost-effective high-performance steel in AM processes, through concepts of modified AM with integrated heat treatments.

INNOMAQ21 is consortium member of the project “Formulation & Development of a Polypropilene (PP) Powder Product Intended for Selective Laser Sintering Based on Recycled Polypropilene” (RECYPPOWDER).

Project objective: This project is carried out in the framework of the State Program to Promote Scientific- Technical Research and its Transfer for Public-Private Partnership funded by Next Generation EU. The Program aims at supporting experimental development projects in cooperation between companies, research centers and universities. The Program also promotes the discovery of new technologies and the application of new ideas and techniques in industry, as well as the creation of new products and services. The project is co-financed by the Spanish State Investigation Agency, and financed by MCIN/10.13029/501100011033 and the European Union-NextGenerationEU/PRTR.

INNOMAQ21 is member of the consortium of the project “Improved critical metallic parts in Biomass plants for sustainable energy generation” (BIOENERGY).

Project objective: This project is supported by the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI) and is co-financed by European funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, within the MISIONES Programme call of the year 2022, in the framework of the State Programme to Catalyse Innovation and Business Leadership, of the State Plan for Scientific, Technical and Innovation Research 2021-2023, supported by the Ministry of Science and Innovation.

INNOMAQ21 is member of the consortium of the project “Development of crucial technologies on the road to build DEMO, the Spanish future nuclear fusion facility” (ROAD2DEMO).

INNOMAQ21 is consortium member of the project “New High-Efficiency Heat Management Systems Obtained Through Additive Manufacturing" (HEAT3D).

Project objective: This project is carried out in the framework of the State Program to Promote Scientific-Technical Research and its Transfer for Public-Private Partnership funded by Next Generation EU, that aims to support experimental development projects in cooperation between companies and research centres with the aim to promote the discovery of new technologies, the application of new ideas and techniques in industry and contribute to the creation of new products and services. The project is co-financed by the Spanish State Investigation Agency (Ministry of Science and Innovation), and financed by MCIN/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and the European Union-NextGenerationEU/PRTR.

New bronze alloys for its use by Additive Manufacturing in the Shipbuilding sector (NARVAL)

Project objective: To develop a new bronze alloy specifically designed to obtain high-performance components for shipbuilding applications using powder-based additive manufacturing technologies that allow to reduce the costs associated to powder production and of the final component.

This project is co-funded by Programa Estatal de Investigación, Dessarrollo e Innovación Orientada a los Retos de la Sociedad under the framework of Plan Estatal de Investigación Científica y Técnica y de Innovación 2017-2020.
